Elrond
Elron is a sweet and gentle boy, who also was headed for slaughter when we rescued him. Elron suffers from an eye disease called uveitis, which requires him to wear special “sunglasses” when he’s outdoors and which could ultimately lead to blindness. When we got him, he had a goiter, which cleared up with organic kelp and special supplements and medications that he requires daily. Despite his eye problems which causes him to become disoriented at times, he is otherwise a happy horse here at the farm.

West
West is a 16-year-old thoroughbred who was abandoned because he was too much for his owner to handle. He is a sweet horse, but definitely has a strong will and personality.
He has a happy home here at the farm and is a pleasure to ride by both our most experienced riders, as well as our lead line riders.
